This is one of the Unit Turn Over projects we did for a contractor in Seattle. 

For each unit, we removed the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, and appliances.  We hired another contractor for the new countertops and carpeting.

We generally work as the prime contractor for homeowners, but this is an example of one series of jobs where we were subcontracted by another contractor.
