This deck design and repair, is an addition to the existing structure.  The old cedar decking and railing had to go.  

We talked about the design and how to better utilize the back yard.  In this case, it made sense to have sitting steps onto a low deck.

The material is cedar colored Azek composite.  The railing is tight knot cedar with clear cedar pickets.
